Primy: AI Forms + File Upload

Great to get your forms on the website! Awesome customer service!!

From someone with no experience with developing forms, I found this app to be very user friendly. I was able to create and publish my first form with ease and it came out exactly how I envisioned it! I did have some technical questions and reached out for assistance. Mike responded to my questions quickly and provided excellent service.

I had been using JotForms prior to subscribing to Primy: AI forms and File uploads. The Primy software is more featured packed and easier to use. The technical support is excellent and they work through any technical issues you try to overcome. Best of all, if you pay monthly, the Primy monthly subscription is less than 25% of the cost of Jotform. One happy subscriber!

Fast service, looks great, easy to use. For more advanced changes you need to know some CSS coding, but you could also ask customer service and they will help you. Good product so far. April 2026
