Acerca de Poby ‑ Post Purchase Survey
Poby adds a short survey to your thank you page and order status page. Buyers rate the shopping experience 1-5 stars across stages like product discovery and checkout, then pick a reason when a score is low, so you get a fixable issue instead of a number. An optional "How did you hear about us?" question captures attribution your analytics miss, and a discount code can thank buyers for replying. Responses roll into a dashboard with trends, top issues and traffic sources, plus CSV export.
