App is great; product quality is great and policies are fantastic. BUT - no instructions anywhere as to how to unsubscribe from service (if closing store or no longer using).

Okay I am starting to panic. As a new customer, they are providing me zero communication or feedback. I have place several chunky $$$ orders and I am experiencing what others are stating in the reviews. Pillow Profits... PLEASE don't let us down. We all understand the current situation but don't screw us by being "grossly" late and totally disappearing from the scene with no communications. PLEASE...

During this period, almost all suppliers in China have shipping problems. I'm really not happy about the shipping time of PP but they are still trying to solve the problem with me, and I acknowledge their efforts.

Well, what can I say, Pillow Profits Fulfillment was really amazing. I am a newbie, but this doesn't mean to give up that easily. Learning experience was fun. The videos they have on their website was of a big help. Product training was easy to follow. Kudos to all the team!!

Any time I call on support for help, they are there with the answers. The quality of product they put out is awesome and Pillow Profits is the only print-on-demand company I will use.
