I was very impressed with how easy it was to embed in the purchase completion page. By being able to understand why a customer made a purchase, I can see what I should recommend to them. I've done surveys after purchases before, but I can't get a true post-purchase opinion without using this diagnostic app.

The app looks different from the screenshot. It's also in Japanese mostly. I can't find a way to publish the question on the Customer Profile page like in the screenshot. It's a good idea but not intuitive or well-designed.
