The remove background tool works the best in my experience. The printing is high quality and have had no returns due to bad images so far. Customer service has been great and understands the fickle nature of some customers and will go out of their way to help newbies in the space.

Customer service was very helpful. I'm new to print on demand and they were very prompt with their response and request for help. All of the samples that I've ordered look fantastic and they have a very nice selection of blanks. As someone new to this their app is very easy to use and intuitive. Better mock up and product viewing needed (zooming). Also ease of multiple selection of item with graphic variation for a T-shirt. For example same graphic, but needs adjusting on different color shirts. App not easy to figure out.
