The remove background tool works the best in my experience. The printing is high quality and have had no returns due to bad images so far. Customer service has been great and understands the fickle nature of some customers and will go out of their way to help newbies in the space.

Customer service was very helpful. I'm new to print on demand and they were very prompt with their response and request for help. All of the samples that I've ordered look fantastic and they have a very nice selection of blanks. As someone new to this their app is very easy to use and intuitive. had multiple bad experiences. Design studio does not transfer to whats actually printed. had multiple issues with size. product never came out how it was displayed in design studio. they will change the printed design without telling you. inventory is an issue and you are expected to do inventory yourself. Do NOT use Ninja POD for anything unless you dont care about your company.
