One of the worse supplier i have. i worked with over 3 years and at the beginning it was great. the products were being sent to the cusotmer ASAP and payment are done and all. but then after reopening and having contract with them the new company that took over didn't answer any of our email over 50 emails. we had to close our shot. The app runs very sluggish overall. Even if you only want to transfer 5 products, it can sometimes take up to 30 minutes until they appear in the Shopify store. The app was so easy to install and complete all the necessary information. However, there is no admin support and I cant see how to place the order. I sent several emails without a reply. So now I will have to cancel the customer order and lose money. Greatly disappointed. I will be removing the app and all products from my store. A total waste of my time.
