Kwik COD & Checkout

I've been struggling since day 1, the support is a ghost, which doesn't care even if the customer is willing to pay for the automation services. There is a lot of data discrepancy which these people do not provide any solution, rather give vague replies and most of the times do not even care to reply. I'm trying to find a better alternate and as soon as I get, I'll knock them off my store.

disgusting suport from them , they promised me to solve my issue but after removing my negative rating they again ghosted me , now i wont remove this rating

Worst customer support I’ve experienced. Multiple attempts to reach out went unanswered. Feels like there’s no support once you install the app. Not recommended.

I have wasted my 10 days on this app. seriously there onboarding team is ridiculous. I have install the app and faced some issue in KYC process. For that I have raised a ticket. And shared my all the detailS. And it's bean 10 days and i have kept on receiving message that "our onboarding team will connect you shortly". And yet they have not connected me. And simply they are westing my 30 days free...

WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER SEEN. I reached out to the support team multiple times, but did not receive any response. It feels like once you install the app, customer support becomes nonexistent. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP AT ALL.

There are issues with respect to the implementation of app, constantly chasing the team to but no one is reverting. This is not acceptable

Be careful of using this app. We had only installed this app on our website, but were not able to get it working, and the kyc was incomplete as well. We were still charged though not a single order was placed through Gokwik checkout app. Also they added something called address prefill charges, though the app was not active on our website's theme.
