I used this app to add extra discounts for our POS customers to encourage our local customers to come out to the store. The app worked for one week and it was amazing! Then it stopped working completely. I contacted the support team with the error messages and he was very reassuring that he could fix the problem. He never responded to me again and our POS pricing was built around the function...

Well, it didn't show up on the cart. The instruction was to get in touch with support if this happened--I guess it happens occasionally. I sent three emails and one through the app with no response so as much as we really wanted this to work, it didn't.
