InXpress Shipping Rates

Don't waste your time, terrible customer service. They will over promise and under deliver. They couldn't even come close to my Shopify shipping costs. Not to mention you have to use their software to create the labels, it's time-consuming, costs more than Shopify, and works when it wants to. I've only had this app for a few days, so maybe things will change, but so far the pricing is 30% higher than UPS on Stamps.com, and the system is more onerous to use.

I dpwnloaded this app a full week ago and still have not received a reply from this vendor. Am very disappointed, as I have used InXpress software independently in the past, and would have liked to continue using it under Shopify.
