Support is very helpful!

Their support team has consistently helped us integrate the wishlist across various Shopify themes. They respond quickly and take action right away. The wishlist features themselves are also excellent.

Great app at a great price, support was fantastic, within a day of me requesting install/config for my site Kundan logged in and set it all up including matching it to my sites theme. edit: still using after 5 years, still the best support.

The best wishlist app out there, without a second thought, that too in budget. The support team is also extraordinary with very prompt and apt support 24/7.

Excellent App – Fast, Multilingual, and Great Support! MST Wishlist is a fantastic app! The setup was super quick and smooth. One of the biggest advantages is that it automatically supports multiple languages — perfect for international stores. The support team is amazing — fast, professional, and very helpful. They quickly handled the integration with Shopify Flow and customized everything exac...

The new version under the new name is just outright junk! It is not working anymore. We installed iWish list years ago, and was doing a fine job. But without our knowledge it was updated, got a new name, and ... like so many other big new big name marketed apps, it does NOT work at all anymore!

Been using this app since November 2, 2017. For nearly 8 years it has been great. At the beginning of February 2025, we've been getting an error in iWish - "There was an error in the third-party application". Been reaching out for 2 weeks (at the time of writing this), and it's never been the same. Been going back and forth with them to fix and put their app back to the way it was before. No...

The support is horrendous. I am being held hostage to the app as they will not send me the data I need to migrate to another app. Avinash, if you are reading this please send me the field data that I have asked for repeatedly. This is so frustrating.
— Kiyo Beauty
Support is terrible. It's been a week and they still haven't installed the app properly.
— Cafe Racer Club
very bad i am try to talk to him but not getting reply from Avinash

This app crashed and left all my clients with no access to their wishlists. It has been weeks and I've had no help from their support to fix the app and/or get my customer's data exported so we can re-create their wishlists. The developers of this app need to take more responsibility for their creation and show that they care about their customers. My experience with this app and their "support te...
