Acerca de Guardly
Guardly is AI return-abuse protection for Shopify. It reads your order and refund history and scores every customer for abuse risk — serial returners, "item not received" claims, refund velocity, refund-to-original patterns, and total dollars at risk. Start with an audit showing your abuse rate, the dollars exposed, and the customers behind it. Then turn on enforcement rules to require photo evidence, restrict refunds to store credit, or flag repeat abusers for review.
