Great team, have always been responsive and attentive, a valuable tool for a small business like us.

It's complicated and not cheap, but when you total up the cost of individual plugins and the features others are missing, it becomes clear. For example, whatnot's own plugin doesn't code for brand, but theirs does. They also offer beginner deals and pretty decent customer service.

Export Your Store has been amazing to work with. :) Their support team responds quickly, is incredibly patient, and works diligently to find and fix any issues. They don't just provide answers; they take the time to make sure everything is working correctly. One of my favorite features is the ability to schedule virtual meetings. Having that one-on-one support has been invaluable, and their wil...

So far so good. Had an issue importing size into each listing. They guided me through how to do it step by step, and now we are able to get our cross postings up and running easily.

Customer support is always very helpful. The app has come a long way since i started with them. The integration is perfect. I make way more being able to upload from shopify to other non linked platforms. Thanks everyone!
— Steamy Antiquities
Found the app easy to use - needed a little help from support and got a quick response and problem solved. Has helped me to expand to other sales channels saving a lot of time. Overall, would recommend.

ExportYourStore has been so helpful for my business. A huge thank you to Melanie, who was amazing and guided me through everything. She made the process very easy and was always quick to respond. Excellent customer service!

I absolutely love working with the ExportYourStore team. Their commitment to helping customers truly stands out. They’re always quick to respond to any issues I’ve had and resolve them efficiently, which has saved me a significant amount of time and effort. The value they provide is well worth it. Keep up the excellent customer service, and thank you for creating such a helpful app—I only wish I...

This app is beyond useless. Every time I export to Vinted I get banned. DO NOT USE this app it will get you banned and does not work. I now have to once again contact Vinted and try and get unbanned. They will not allow the use of this app. I have contacted customer services and it is not resolved and has now happened 4 times. Be aware there will be a generic response below this from customer serv...

Worst experience. Signed up for trial. Managed to connect with amazon. Paid $199 fro setup, made appointment for web meeting. But there was no one there and there has been no contact except from Melanie whom said she will get the amazon dept to get back to me. Im still waiting.
— The Tshirt Emporium
Horrible. It does not work as expected at all. Horrible support. Wouldn't recommend it. It just creates more mess. EDITED BELOW AS THE RESPONSE TO THE DEVELOPER WHO JUST LIED AGAIN! Hi, 1) you have NEVER understood the issue. You have caused multiple issues and damages, including money lost. 2) I'm a SW developer myself and it's best practice to build the app as follows: 1. development, 2. testin...

The app is not working as intended. Some products sync, while others do not. Also, a 2 hour sync time is not ideal. Customer service responds quickly, but they could not identify or solve our problems, so we had to unsubscribe. They keep sending us the same documentation for each issue, which has not been very helpful. Hopefully, if we come back in the future, the problems can be resolved and we c...

The price of this app is highway robbery. As other users have mentioned, the support is extremely slow and, honestly, of no help; it is more like a facade. This app lacks in so many areas that you might as well manually upload your products yourself. The only thing this app does is export your photos and your description; everything else you will have to update manually. Additionally, this app onl...

Take the negative reviews seriously; they are accurate. The customer support is terrible, and the app is very outdated. You might as well upload your products to each channel manually. Moreover, it does not import all products from Shopify, so you'll need to upload some items yourself. This raises the question: what is the point of using this app? Also, stop trying to make yourself look good with...
— Sugoi JDM
Cancelled app before end of term. They kept by $$$ and ended my service before the end date. I got a whole 11 days for $100! Sick to death of the constant con.
— BoomerRangs
An absolute disaster of an app - avoid at all costs. The customer service (Melanie) is horrible. Syncing issues occur 24/7. Duplicate listings. Orders don't track. Inventory doesn't app. They also quite literally deleted thousands of listings of mine. Melanie has zero clue what is going on, and tells you things before checking with her own team. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. And I...
