Weekly review flags missing supplier, country, commodity, or due-diligence fields.SHA-256 hashed document packs match exports to source records. CSV import runs in one atomic transaction; a bad row blocks the batch. Every change logs to an audit trail.Execution tool only: no TRACES, no filings, no legal-status call. Supplier and commodity-lot registry with DDS reference numbers per product. Weekly scheduled gap review flags missing supplier, country, or DDS fields. SHA-256 hashed document packs - every export matches back to its source records. Atomic CSV import: one bad row blocks the whole batch, never a partial write.
