Now this app is awesome! I had tried a few different contact form apps, but this one is worth every dollar! This solved a few different problems that we have, we’ll be using this software exclusively for collecting forms, it’s so awesome, easy to use, quick to setup, fast to setup a new form and absolutely the best choice overall. We needed a comprehensive health screen multi step form with over 50 fields and many different options. Tried a few form builders, this one has a great easy to use UI and well organized layouts. Looks great once published. Support was quick and helpful when I had a small issue - thanks Alexandra!

This service helped us integrate a wholesale contact form. We can also funnel those inquiries directly to our wholesale team which is nice. One of those apps that's well worth the cost.

We needed a job application embedded in our website and Form Builder by Elfsight really fit the bill. We ask around 25 varied questions depending on the available positions and needed to notify staff via email when new applications were received. This app checked all the boxes.

I tried few form builders and this is by far the best one I used, very well thought of and no brainer to use within few minutes. Would be amazing if more and more icons can be added. My only concern is that it takes a couple of seconds to load, could be my theme though for all fairness. Overall, amazing application

Great app, but... I contacted developer but did not get a solution to this issue: the sender name and address appear as "Elfsight Courier" with an Elfsight email, even when it has been set up otherwise. The issue persists even after several attempts to change it. Looking for a solution here, please help.

Well, so far, so good! Was quite a pain to settle on the website as NOBODY answered my questions and could not pretend to get my free instalation service (maybe you guys were having a drink on the beach, in that case you are fully forgiven) but once you get the trick it's smooth(need, at least, a good 80 IQ, I'm 78 and i made it!!!) . Functional and simple app I've checked several Form Builder apps before I came across the one from Elfsight, and they were all cumbersome, ugly and extremely complicated, so when I found this tool from Elfsight I was super-excited! The app's got every option you can possibly think of, and support is very friendly and quick to respond, too! Keep it up, guys!
