app is great but customer service is dreadful. so much so i am just moving to another app that does the same thing. not as good as your app but at least i get support and returned emails and chat support.

The app seems to be able to accomplish what we need, however the dashboard isn't the most straightforward. I've contact support several times and no response for several days now, and unfort the app is double tagging somethings incorrectly. Will be deleting unless resolved soon.

Doest not support tagging customers with a Tag from "locale" value. Not recommended for segmenting customers
