On top of that, we were told upgrading was required just to receive support. The end result? Costs nearly 10x higher than expected. Very disappointing experience and a lack of transparency overall.

Very nice, looks nice in the shop and is easy to use. I only wish i could have more analytics in seeing what people fill in for their profile and which products they added on their wishlist. So I could work with that info. The price range is also perfect.
