Hillteck ofrece una completa suite de automatizacion para gestionar tus pedidos de forma eficaz. Reduce las perdidas por devoluciones al origen (RTO), mejora la interaccion con los clientes y refuerza el reconocimiento y el respaldo de la marca. Esta plataforma realiza llamadas IVR y envia mensajes de WhatsApp automatizados a los clientes, garantizando una verificacion fluida tanto de los pedidos contra reembolso (COD) como de los prepagados. Al confirmarse o cancelarse un pedido, agrega una etiqueta en los pedidos de Shopify, lo que facilita el filtrado de los mismos. Verificacion automatizada mediante llamada de voz y mensaje de WhatsApp para pedidos COD. Convierte los pedidos COD en prepagados aplicando incentivos personalizados.
