DeliveryRules lets you manage every shipping rate from one place. Schedule rates to activate/deactivate on set dates. Import/export your full rate matrix via CSV. Build flat, weight-tier, and cart-total rate rules with product tags for local delivery, standard shipping, and pickup. Set city-level rates with typo-proof logic and exclusions. Live carrier rates require Shopify Grow+ annual billing (or monthly plan + paid add-on).
