ChatZi adds a WhatsApp chat button to your storefront, giving customers a direct way to reach you on WhatsApp. When a customer clicks the button, WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message that includes the page they were browsing, giving you instant context for every conversation. The widget is fully customizable through the Shopify theme editor. You can adjust the button color, size, position, and label text without writing any code.
