I am very satisfied with this application. It has professional and patient online customer service staff who can provide answers to frequently asked questions（Especially Marvin, who gave me a lot of help.）. In addition, the free version comes with user-friendly features. I highly recommend this app to all sellers.

Have a small new webshop, and needed more personal service and ability to let potential customers know I'm there with a chat bot. ChatWay was installed, and it has a lot of features, and AI driven answers that indexes the webshop and can be given precise instructions. And this is the free version basics, really what I needed (for now) to hopefully grow.

Expensive for SMEs not a cost effective solution. amazing

Very pleased I found Chatway. I wasn’t sure I wanted to add a chat function on the website because I thought it would give me a lot of work life chatting with people with too much time. I am using this app for my small store, where I get 1-2 chats every day. The free version of the app works great for this. Planning to upgrade later on when I get more chat messages and can discover more features

what a fantastic addition to our store , Chatbot seems pretty good, no complaints, love the iphone app too . also setup on my pc , very easy to do . and there is a free version, our shop is new , so the free version is great for us. 10/10
