Chargeback es una aplicación automatizada de prevención de recargos. Le alerta cuando un cliente inicia una disputa. Esto le permite reembolsar automáticamente la transacción, deteniendo el recargo. Not sure how they got a 4.9 star review, but this system is junk!! What they don't provide on the information, is that they only cover orders placed after you sign up and activate with them. So if you have a customer that placed an order prior, you then active their system, then you get a chargeback, they wont cover it. Even though you are all set up in their system. What a waste!! This company has no customer service, takes ages to get someone. Every time you need them, it's impossible.
