We have integrated this app on our store, and while it did not immediatly work (due to missing parameters on our end!) the support was very fast and helpful to guide us through the process of integrating it to the shop. With this help and the app we found ourselves quite quickly being able to open a new marketplace (Kaufland) for us. 10/10 can recommend!

Works perfectly, and the customer support is excellent. We use this app to only sync orders and stock between shopify and kaufland. It doesn't need to overwrite your existing content, wich is perfect

Very unreliable app. The app does not work properly and has caused a lot of frustration. The support experience was even worse – we scheduled three support meetings and the contact person did not show up twice, and the third time they arrived late. On top of that, messages are often left unanswered. Overall, very disappointing support and poor reliability.

The app works okay, but has a lot of issues. Not everything works smoothly. But having tech-issues is not the problem. The problem is that the app support is seriously the worst I have ever had in the Shopify eco-system. They need days for a response and are not even reading the tickets thoroughly. This has cost us lots of resources and money.

ich weiss nicht, wer diese App autorisiert hat, diese Anbindung funktioniert überhaupt nicht! Bilder und Daten werden falsch (von anderen Händlern vermischt) wiedergegeben, was sehr problematisch sein kann mit anderen Verkäufern. Kaufland selbst, weiss nichts von dieser App und hilft da auch nicht weiter! Der Support verweist auf Attribute, welche mit Shopify nicht darzustellen sind. Absolut nicht...

es scheint ein "Scam" zu sein - angeblich sollte es kostenlos sein, nach Upload von 20 Artikeln sollte ich jetzt "ein Plan" wählen! Dazu kommt noch, dass um die App zu öffnen meine Handynummer hinterlegt werden muss! Was soll das?

I am new to e-commerce and with their help I managed to transfer the information about my shop's products to the kaufland shop. Although there were some problems during the transfer process, it was only a matter of time before it was all sorted out. I believe that with their help my kaufland shop will get better.
