CallFlows ‑ AI Phone Agent

We get a lot of spam and after-hours calls that nobody wants to deal with. Now the agent handles them and I only see the ones worth seeing. Didn't think I'd care about a phone app this much but here we are.

Honestly bought it on a whim during a busy season. Turns out it books appointments better than I do because it never gets tired or annoyed. Wish I'd done it sooner.

We manage multiple stores and it was a blast to find out they have a unified calls view that you can use free of charge. I think they should do a better job promoting it. So far it has been great.

I want to recommend this app personally! The agent saves a ton of time daily as the first line of support. You know, there are customers who can keep you on the line for half an hour and not buy anything at the end. I just got this time back at a fraction of the cost.

Started using the service because our inbox got flooded by some disappointed customers. Now they are just yelling to the AI.

Tried a bunch of these AI phone apps and most of them sound robotic or just hang up on people. This one actually sounds like a person and our callers don't even realize it's an agent half the time.

It's good, does what it says. A few more integrations would make it great but for the price I'm not complaining. Support replies quick too which is rare these days.

We have been using the agent Skills to get new orders and also handle order return requests. We are from Sweden and not many services out there have such a good voice quality and understanding in our language. Their support has been great so far!

Had the agent call our overdue invoice list over a weekend. Monday morning I logged in to find several payments that came in after a friendly reminder call. It is almost too easy. Only thing I'd add is a clearer log of what was said on each call so I can follow up personally where needed.

We are a Shopify merchant and have been using Callflows as our AI phone customer service solution. The setup is straightforward, and the call flow logic is very flexible, making it easy to guide customers through order verification, issue collection, and handoff to human support when needed.

What impressed us most is how customizable it is. We added specific instructions for the agent, custom greetings, etc. The accuracy of answers is actually sometimes even better than human agents. The analytics dashboard is a nice bonus — lots of insights we didn’t have before.

We added Call Flows AI mainly to stop the endless missed calls… but it ended up doing much more. Customers actually compliment the “agent” because it sounds so natural. We've seen fewer abandoned carts now... Worth every penny.

Setup time is very quick. The agent skills are amazing, they basically cover almost any topic a customer may call about. We had special requests for agent behavior and support team guided us how to achieve them.

We use it a bit differently - not only as a support service but also configured it to collect info for each call which helps us later wuth the marketing and pushing new sales opportunities. Saved us a ton of work hours. Much appreciated!

Straightforward, but UI can be more modern. The agent is highly customizable, we added all promotions in the Goals configuration and we already see an increase in sales for the items promoted.
