I saw 18 5* reviews and installed the app but discovered that you have to fill in a form to activate the app on your store. I filled in the form on 13 Feb and got an automatic response email and that's it. Not a good start for an app that's new on the app store.

We lost a lot of money using this app. First, the software loses lots of orders, so you can get kicked off Amazon etc. for late shipments. Many other issues as well, we would not recommend Cahoot.

Cahoot does a great job with our storage and shipping. The connection to our shopify account was easy and they process orders super fast. Their support team is super responsive and Jeremy specifically on the account management team has been super helpful. We're new to Shopify and 3PL so his help has been great as we've started.
