Shipping in oversized boxes means paying for empty space. BoxPack IQ uses 3D binpacking algorithms to match every order to the smallest box that fits, based on product dimensions, weight, or item count. When an order needs more than one box, the app splits the fulfillment in Shopify so each box gets its own packing slip and tracking.
