I've been using this app for years now and it works brilliantly. On top of that the Customer Service and Technical team are amazing. They answer queries and rectify glitches very quickly. No matter what we try, we can't get this to work. It does not recognize the URL of our WordPress blog whether we use the main blog listing page, a category page or an actual post. I have submitted two support requests to the provider and have received no response.

At first, it worked. But then doing a redirect on my RSS feed towards the new Atom feed of my store itself, it entered an infinite loop and recreated the articles hundreds of times and it crashed my store. Not recommended.

App doesn't work. Paid $14.99 for 72-hour access to the app. Well, it looks like I just got ripped off $15 - since the app won't identify our blog. I've tried repeatedly - entering the CORRECT URL for the blog that I needed to import. All I get is this error message... "Uh Oh! Feed is invalid" -- but that is simply not true.
