Faced a few minor challenges setting up my first auction. Overall, the set-up was very user friendly however I needed assistance with setting up a dedicated space. Unfortunately, things changed significantly after the recent update. Since the update, we’ve experienced multiple bugs and urgent issues. It can be be tricky to get started but DO make sure you check out their brilliant customer support chat. Tansy was such a help and she was able to sort everything out for me, quickly and painlessly and did all of that despite me being on the free version of the app. Would definitley consider upgrading after this very positive experience.
