STAY FAR, FAR AWAY. CAUTION This is by far the worst Shopify app experience I’ve ever had. Within DAYS of installing, they pulled every single contact from my store without my permission, automatically added them into their system, and then used that as an excuse to auto-upgrade my plan and start charging me THOUSANDS of dollars for an app I wasn’t even actively USING. it charges $999 for 30 days, which is ridiculous since this number is not even on their pricing plan.

Pathetic customer service. Their free plan provides 500 emails per month. I have only sent 100 emails and they are showing that monthly quota has expired for more than a month now. I reached out to the customer support and its been 2 weeks. I am yet to get a solution on this trivial issue
