Approved buyers get their own prices, quantity breaks and, if you allow it, net terms to pay by invoice. Everyone else keeps seeing retail prices, or none at all. When orders come in, export them in the exact file your accounting software or CRM imports, so nobody retypes them. Works on every Shopify plan, with native B2B on Plus.
