Our experience with Green Dragon Logistics has been extremely poor and deeply concerning. Their warehouse operations appeared to rely heavily on manual handling rather than a reliable inventory management system. Orders were repeatedly missed, inbound inventory was recorded incorrectly or incompletely, and discrepancies were not addressed in a timely manner.

When serious problems occurred, responses often took several days, with little sense of accountability, urgency, or professional responsibility. Most concerning, our inventory was released and handled in connection with a third party without what we consider adequate authorization, documentation, or proper handover procedures, resulting in a serious asset dispute. This matter is now being prepared for legal proceedings.

Based on our experience, we strongly recommend that merchants conduct thorough due diligence before entrusting inventory to this warehouse, particularly regarding inventory controls, authorization procedures, receiving records, and responsibility when goods are lost, missing, or released to third parties.
