Order changes arrive minutes after checkout, and every one of them turns into a support ticket and a manual edit in your admin. Luna is an order editor your customers can use themselves. From the Order Status Page they modify order details, change the shipping address, swap a variant, change quantity, add or remove an item, or cancel. Charges, refunds and restock sync with Shopify automatically. You choose the edit window and see every order modification in the activity log.

Luna makes post-purchase order changes incredibly easy. Customers can update their address, edit items, change quantities, or cancel orders themselves, saving our support team a lot of manual work. The automatic Shopify sync for refunds and restocking is especially useful. Highly recommended!
