Absolutely awesome app with wonderful people behind it!

The new features in the app are a gamechanger! With more robust reporting, AI Agents that can help the customers in different ways even in harder questions and of course Texts awesome support who help with everything!

This app has helped us make our customer service even faster and more powerful!

We’ve been using TEXT for our customer service, and honestly, it’s made things a lot easier for us. One of the biggest improvements has been how easy it is to keep our customer contacts and conversations organized. It’s much easier for our team to see what’s going on and keep track of customer interactions.

The AI has also been a huge help for us. It’s saved us a lot of time and has made handling customer questions much more efficient. We’ve been really happy with how it’s worked for us so far.

The newer features have been great too. We’re still finding ways to use some of them, but they’ve been working really well with our workflow and Shopify.

Overall, we’ve had a really good experience with TEXT. It’s made our customer service process more organized and efficient.
