Wir waren jahrelang bei Gorgias und 8returns. Das hat grundsätzlich funktioniert, aber der Preis war sehr hoch und es war viel unnötige Arbeit da beide Tools nicht miteinander kommunizieren und wir auch doppelt zahlen müssen.
Bei Resolvia sind wir von Anfang an dabei und feiern es. Wir automatisieren inzwischen Dinge, an die wir vorher nie gedacht hatten. Die stumpfe Arbeit ist zum größten Teil weg.
Der Umzug war sehr einfach und wir haben dabei keine Daten verloren.
Wir sparen mit diesem Setup mindestens 50% im Vergleich zu vorher.
Resolvia macht genau das, was es soll. Alle Anfragen in einem Tool, die KI liefert nach kurzer Einrichtung saubere Antworten, und der Support reagiert schnell.
