I paid for a 1-year subscription, but the platform worked for only 5–6 months. For the rest of the subscription, the core features that I paid for either stopped working or were extremely unreliable.

The biggest issues I faced:

* WhatsApp automation messages were not sent to customers after purchases.
* Abandoned cart/checkout WhatsApp automation did not work.
* iPhone app notifications never worked properly.
* Frequent downtime and automation failures.
* No proactive communication when services stopped working.

The worst part was the customer support. Calls were rarely answered, responses were delayed or non-existent, and resolving issues became almost impossible. As a business owner, I depended on this platform to communicate with customers, and its failures directly affected my operations.

Paying for a full year and receiving only a few months of usable service was extremely disappointing. I expected a reliable business automation platform, but my experience was the complete opposite.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Nextel.io. I regret spending my money on this subscription and would suggest businesses carefully evaluate other alternatives before making a purchase.
