no support nothing, randomly fails to pick shipping events and update them at order page for customer to track, no reply from developers or support team, after leaving 5 message. NOT WORTH IT.
We are sorry about your issues. Unfortunately, the carriers used for your shipments were not available and dont allow our app to fetch the information needed.
Horrible customer service and billing. They advertise a price for billing and then charge you a lot more. Do not get this app.
We are really sorry about your experience with our app. We have different billing plans according to the amount of fulfillments tracked. No extra charges are applied, please contact us at sales@devcloudsoftware.com and we are open to refund any extra charge.
I just wanted to see the status of just about 20 shipments that happened on one day. I have been waiting for all day, not syncing, but that particular day, and it imported other dates and charged me already 40 dollars. I would like refund.

We are really sorry about the issue, the problem was that you run an import for a month (4/15 to 5/15) so our app tracks automatically all the orders. Please contact Shopify so they can run the refund for you.
