Dashboard was cluttered with 20 competitors. Support helped me create monitoring groups — 'Direct Competitors', 'adjacent market', and 'emerging threats'. Each group has its own alert settings and dashboard view. Organized chaos into a structured competitive Landscape.
My business partner handles competitive strategy but I didn't want to give them full Shopify admin access. Support walked me through the view-only collaborator link feature. My partner gets the monitoring dashboard, sees all competitor data, but can't touch any store settings. Took about three minutes to set up and solved a real access control headache.
