Merchants say this app is essential for warehouse efficiency, speeding up picking, packing, and shipping while nearly eliminating errors. It handles complex operations, large SKU catalogs, bin locations, and batch processing. Many highlight powerful barcode and label tools beyond Shopify’s, plus strong inventory counting and discrepancy reporting. The interface is intuitive and customizable, and support is described as exceptional, fast, and responsive to feature requests.
I really wish I could continue using this app and leave a positive review, because I’ve enjoyed the features it offers. Unfortunately, the pricing has become very difficult to justify, especially as a small business.
I was quite disappointed to later discover other apps offering essentially the same features at around 1/10 of the price. At such a significant price difference, it’s unfortunately hard to justify staying, even though changing apps means additional work and inconvenience for my business.
I genuinely wish the pricing were more competitive, as I would have much preferred to stay rather than go through the process of moving everything to a new app.
The app itself is great — it’s simply far too expensive for the features offered compared with alternatives currently available.

Love this app. Makes my life so much easier when adding new products and getting my SKU's in check. So many platforms in our stack fail if we forget to add a SKU - not a worry with Easyscan. Also had product feedback last week and by this week they had launched a new feature solving it. Can't ask for more than that. Top marks

They have a great app that takes care of so many things that shopify is lacking. Great app to hit those final needs. Barcode scanning and purchase orders work great, and customer service is really fast and help you with any issue you have. I would recommend!
