What an amazing app & team! Addora provides everything my customers and I need for my type of store (collectors items). Thanks to their system I'm looking into upscaling my business, because it creates a much smoother and streamlined process of ordering and requesting shipping. It took over a lot of my manual work and the customers are better aware of the status of their pre-orders. Great app! Managing held orders and pre-orders used to be such a hassle, lots of manual back-and-forth, but now it's smooth and easy for both us and our customers.
