GAやG広告とのデータ連携で他ツールを使用することになったため終了させていただくことになりましたが、サポートが非常に丁寧で、本来サポート外の事であろうことにもアドバイスいただくこともありとても助かりました。ありがとうございました。
また機会がありましたらよろしくお願いします。

2年ほど前から使用しています。2023年から値上げが始まり、2024年の年初からは現在の月額30ドルになりました。その後は新しい料金プランにアップグレードする選択画面しかアプリ管理画面に表示されなくなりました。

この間サポートを何度か申請していますが、問い合わせに対しての返答はありませんでした。古くからのユーザーを大切にするべきだとおもいます。アプリの設定が出来なくなるのは旧の月額料金を支払っているユーザーには不親切であるとおもいます。サポート対応の悪さやユーザーへの扱いの悪さから星1つを付けさせていただきます。

ShopifyにGTMとデータレイヤーを実装するのが簡単です。LINE広告やYahoo!広告のタグ設置ができるのはこのアプリしか無いので、すごく助かりました。
