Mixed experience!!! Good POD platform, but needs major improvements in consistency and reliability.

Product quality and service can be strong, but recurring issues make it unreliable for scaling businesses.

# Product quality: Generally good, but we’ve received incorrect products with lower GSM. Even with clear proof, issues are not always acknowledged or resolved properly, which impacts brand consistency.

# Stock availability: Frequent stock-outs and unreliable restock dates make planning difficult. Many listed restocks simply don’t happen as scheduled.

# Mockups: Poor quality, especially for mugs and tumblers, and not suitable for professional storefronts. Despite repeated feedback, there has been little to no improvement.

# Customer support: Response times are fast, especially after becoming an Elite Store, and there has been some improvement. However, responses are often generic and don’t always lead to real resolution.

# Courier services: One of the biggest issues. Limited options (mainly Delhivery and Blue Dart) with frequent delivery failures, incorrect “not available” statuses, and unattempted pickups. This leads to unnecessary RTOs and repeated shipping charges, which is unfair. There should be a clear system to reverse charges when couriers fail to attempt delivery.

# Product range & fit (important concern): The product range is still heavily focused on men, whereas many stores are primarily focused on women’s wear. The current offerings do not always translate well into proper women-friendly fits. For example, unisex oversized T-shirts are extremely baggy and do not suit women’s body shapes or expected fit standards. There is a clear need to improve sizing and garment fitting for women-focused brands. We have tried approaching Qikink several times to develop a more women body–friendly oversized T-shirt fit, but have not received any genuine response or solution.

# Additional need: Express shipping options (2–3 day delivery with extra charges) would be a valuable upgrade.

# Overall: Qikink is a solid POD platform with potential, and support has improved after becoming an Elite Store. However, it still needs serious improvements in product consistency, stock accuracy, mockup quality, support resolution, courier reliability, and women-focused product fit and sizing.

# Good platform, but not yet consistently reliable for end-to-end fulfilment.

No use of support, they won't resolve anything howmuch ever you are behind them. It's completely waste of time, you will never be able to focus on business due to their flaws you will have to loose your money. They intentionally delay dispatch(after courier came and left). You won't get any benifit even at high scale. Would recommened always figureout a vendor who gives benifits both sides growth. One more biggest thing to mention is the founder is least bothered about anything even if you reachout mutiple times. Their rush order feature is biggest money game, they intentionally delay regular orders so that you opt for Rush feature even that they won't commit for delivery and it's directly taking your profit margin and going to their acocunts.

I am writing this review after months of frustration, repeated escalations, and significant operational impact on my brand and business due to Qikink’s poor service quality and almost non-existent customer support.
This is not an emotional rant — everything mentioned below is factually accurate, and I have documented proof (emails, order logs, invoices, timelines) for every claim.
1. Worst Customer Support I’ve Ever Experienced (Borderline Non-Existent)
Qikink’s customer support is, without exaggeration, the worst I have encountered in any B2B setup.
There is no phone support, no active WhatsApp support, and no real-time communication channel.
The only way to reach them is via email, and even that feels like sending messages into a void.
Most replies appear automated or AI-generated, offering generic apologies instead of real resolutions.
Even when you escalate, responses are limited to a very narrow time window — typically between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, and only on good days.
If you need urgent help (which is common in e-commerce), you are simply stuck waiting, sometimes until the next day.
In critical business situations, this lack of access leaves you completely helpless.
2. Rush Order Service: Paid Add-on, Zero Accountability
One of the most damaging issues has been their Rush Order service, which they charge extra for.
I paid additional fees specifically for priority processing.
Despite this, multiple rush orders were delayed repeatedly.
I escalated the same issue three separate times, and it still continued.
Even after written acknowledgment from their escalation team admitting fault, the issue recurred again.
At this point, it feels less like an operational issue and more like a systemic failure to honor paid services.
3. Refunds Are a Battle, Not a Process
Refunds — even when clearly justified — are another major pain point.
Refunds often require multiple reminders.
Even when services are not delivered, refunds are delayed with vague responses like “please allow us some time.”
In some cases, orders that were never fulfilled still took excessive follow-ups to get refunded.
For a business that deals in volume and cash flow, this is unacceptable.
4. Repeated Operational Errors Directly Impacted My Brand
Because of Qikink’s delays and mismanagement:
Customer delivery timelines were missed.
I had to personally handle customer dissatisfaction.
My brand credibility took a hit — for reasons completely outside my control.
A significant amount of my time was spent following up, escalating, documenting, and arguing for basic accountability.
Instead of focusing on growth, marketing, or customer experience, I was forced to spend hours each week fixing their mistakes.
5. Escalations Lead Nowhere
Even after escalating issues to senior staff:
Promised actions were not followed through.
Timelines shared were not honored.
Eventually, responses slowed down or stopped altogether.
At one point, I even received irrelevant template responses asking for ticket numbers — in the middle of an ongoing escalation thread initiated through their own website.
This raises a serious question: do they actually want to resolve issues, or just wait for customers to give up?
6. Who Might Still Be Able to Work With Them (With Caution)
To be fair and balanced:
You might be able to work with Qikink if you place very small volumes (5–6 orders a month).
Or if you qualify as a so-called “priority customer”, which reportedly requires spending ₹1,00,000+ per month for three consecutive months, just to get a dedicated point of contact.
I have not personally been in this category, so I cannot confirm if even those customers are spared — but at least they may have someone to talk to, which itself is a luxury here.
Final Verdict
Qikink positions itself as a solution for businesses — but in my experience, they became a constant source of stress, delays, financial blockage, and operational chaos.
If you are a business owner who values:
Timely support
Accountability
Clear communication
Respect for paid services
…then think very carefully before partnering with them.
As of now, the only reason I am writing this publicly is because all other channels failed. This review is both:
An attempt to finally get rightful resolution and refunds owed to me.
A warning to other businesses so they can make an informed decision.
Every statement above is 100% genuine and verifiable.
Proceed with extreme caution.
