If you haven't heard of Order Editing, you're sleeping under a rock. This app is a game changer for a few reasons: it improves the customer experience by letting customers make last minute edits to their order (yes, even after they've paid), it upsells products at checkout to lift AOV, and it improves address validation. Best of all, the team moves fast when global requirements change. They rolled out support for the EU withdrawal requirements within 48 hours of notification, keeping us compliant without missing a beat. That level of support is what makes them leaders in this space, they operate more like an extension of our team than a vendor. A huge thank you to Ben from Order Editing, who provided genuinely 24/7 support while we tested and deployed during that period.
