I had an excellent experience working with Kevin. He spent almost three hours helping me resolve all the issues I was having with the membership app, and I truly appreciated his patience and dedication.
I don’t have a technical background, so some of these issues were impossible for me to solve on my own. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand every problem, answer every question in detail, and find the right solutions.
What I appreciated most was that he never rushed the conversation. He patiently worked through each issue with me and, at the same time, explained what he was doing so that I could better understand how everything works.

This app works exceptionally well. There is a small learning curve but well worth the trouble. I was helped by Sam recently with an issue with a customers account and not only did he sort that out but noticed another issue unprompted and offered to fix that as well before sending me on my way.
