The charge is tied to an active AdTrace subscription and is approved through Shopify before billing begins. We also have customer support available, so please contact us directly with your store details and we can review the charge and any refund eligibility. kindly remove this review so we can start the investigation
Unjustified hidden charges for an unused app!
They charged me £160+ every month for 6 months automatically. I NEVER even set up or used the app—the dashboard remains completely disconnected. Zero pricing transparency and terrible support. I am demanding a full refund and reporting this to Shopify. Stay away!

We understand your concern, but the charges were not hidden.Our records show the app has been installed and active since October 2025. Since the subscription continued for this period, we’re unclear why the charges are only being disputed now.
Billing statements and app charges are visible on the merchant’s Shopify account, so only the store owner or authorized users can regularly review them. Since the subscription remained installed for six months, the charges continued during that period.
upon checking and reviewing your shop - clearly report shows you used our site long enough.

Cobrança abusiva. Em dólares e ainda foi Duplicada ,cobrando dois meses junto no meu cartão , perde até a confiança em deixar o cartão cadastrado na shopify , creio que vou pra outra plataforma isso que eu nem faço vendas ainda … muito menos pelo Facebook
