Merchants use this for reliable “subscribe and save” and recurring purchases, some for 4–7+ years with thousands of subscribers. They find it easy to install and manage, with strong reporting and subscription tools that help grow their business. Customers can easily manage their own subscriptions, especially on the newer version. Support is frequently praised as fast, patient, and expert with integrations, migrations, and customizations.
A merge was required for an updated subscription version, was never informed that old version needed to be uninstalled, therefore was double charged for nearly 3 yrs before I noticed the charges. Offered 6 month refund, which is better than nothing. Merge was stressful and confusing with very little communication. Just I needed to merge accounts or my subscription accounts would be deactivated. Yet, they still charged me for nearly 3yrs even though the app was irrelevant! Infuriating!
Lack of access to a real human is common place now - not just this app. But I have had great support in the chat when I requested a human. Chintak went above and beyond for me.
I find this a great app and quite affordable. The customer service is also good, which is a plus since this is all new to me. However, I didn’t give it five stars because I wish I could create subscriptions for my customers.
Additionally, I’d like the sales receipts to clearly show the discount amount, as reporting doesn’t capture it. It’s also a bit complicated to adjust someone’s discount. It would be great if I could enter the product’s original price, set a discount, or see their current discount when using dynamic discounts.
