Exceptional Service! Tracy & Doris Truly Deserve 5 Stars!

I honestly couldn't be happier with the service provided by Team LAI Product Review, especially Doris and Tracy!

I initially had no idea how to activate the product reviews on my Shopify store, and I was completely lost about where to start or what to do. However, Tracy and Doris made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. While me, having sweet time with coffee.

What impressed me the most was that they handled absolutely everything from A to Z without requiring me to do anything on my end. They took care of the entire setup professionally and efficiently, and only contacted me to let me know once everything was successfully completed.

Excellent support from the LAI Reviews team! I reported an issue with the navigation arrows in our homepage reviews section, and Emily and the tech team looked into it right away. They clearly explained how the widget works and quickly fixed the arrows showing on reviews with only one image, across all 3 of my stores. Friendly, patient, and fast. Highly recommend this app and its support team!

I have been using this app for a while now. It works well and has many functions and widgets that help in conversion. It can get a little difficult to understand because of all the options, but the customer support team is always there to help and provide excellent service. Overall I would recommend.
