Merchants say this app reliably adds powerful product options without complex theme edits, even on paid themes. It’s described as very easy to set up, with clean UI, live previews, and strong conditional logic for personalization, add‑ons, and bypassing variant limits across large catalogs. Many use it for custom text, images, and services, value the free plan, and consistently praise the extremely fast, hands‑on support.
We use OPTIS to manage installation and add-on options across a large catalogue, and it has done the job well. The standout for us has been customer support. Our requests were answered fast and the team understood the setup we needed. We really appreciate the quick, friendly help.
Two improvements we'd love to see:
1. Bulk actions for option sets. Because we run many option sets, cleaning up or restructuring means deleting them one at a time, which is slow and repetitive. The ability to select multiple option sets and delete them together (with a confirmation step to keep it safe) would be a big time saver for merchants with larger stores.
2. Multiple option sets on one product. We ran into a limitation where a single product could not use more than one option set, so we had to build combined sets (for example, one set per freight and add-on combination) instead of reusing smaller sets. Being able to stack several option sets on the same product would make setups much simpler to build and maintain.
Overall we're happy with OPTIS and the service behind it, and we'd happily recommend it. Thank you to the team for the great support.
Great app! I did have to upgrade to get all the variations/options I wanted within my custom product listing but so far it is worth it. Also, the customer service team is very quick to respond and helpful in getting my questions and help requests handled. Everything I needed help with so far has been addressed and I am very happy with the listing at this point. Thank you for a great app!
