The app worked well for us. We used it for a short period during our Gift campaign. Once the campaign ended, I contacted the BOGOS team for assistance with cancelling the app subscription. Tiana was very kind and helpful and clearly explained how to cancel our subscription, as we no longer needed the app. Thank you!
BOGOS is hands down one of the best promotional apps on Shopify. It has all the flexibility we need for tiered volume discounts and bundles, and the widget looks great on our store. Great app with excellent customer support! We experienced an issue with our Shopify theme's cart drawer not updating immediately after adding a free gift.
