Judge.me does not fail in the quality of their product. The app has been apart of my website from day one. It's user friendly and they're always implementing new services to improve business. But can we talk about their customer service and tech department. With the recent Cyber Security attack I went into hyper vigilant mode and had tons of questions. My email was addressed immediately by different team members. Each reply addressed concerns about my website's vulnerability with using their app. Then Judge.me went a step further and carefully explained technically how my website is protected and how their integration works with the Shopify platform. Martin provided excellent technical support with a Google Search Console structured-data issue on my Shopify store. He identified the source of the conflicting review ratings, corrected the problem on an unpublished duplicate of my theme, and carefully preserved my existing customer reviews and website functionality.
He respected my request not to modify my live website without approval, explained the changes, and verified his work before I published the corrected theme.
